Emotes can sure enhance the credibility of a game a lot, at least when it comes to titles like Fortnite or Valorant. Riot Games’ free-to-play first-person hero shooter is now about to get emotes as well, and not just regular ones. Valorant’s emotes will be similar to those in Fortnite, a new leak via @ValorLeaks claims.

We don’t have a release date for the new emote system from Valorant. However, we do know that it’s coming “soon,” whatever that means.

What’s Valorant all about? Here’s a little description to shed some light on the mystery:

Blend your style and experience on a global, competitive stage. You have 13 rounds to attack and defend your side using sharp gunplay and tactical abilities. And, with one life per-round, you’ll need to think faster than your opponent if you want to survive. Take on foes across Competitive and Unranked modes as well as Deathmatch and Spike Rush.

There are plenty of maps to explore in Valorant, and each one of them is a playground to showcase the player’s creative thinking. They were also purpose-built for those team strategies to thrive!

It wouldn’t be surprising for any game to take inspiration from Fortnite. Epic Games’ battle royale title is currently enjoying a lot of success. The developers are preparing for another wild crossover, judging by some unofficial sources: bringing Dragon Ball-related content to the game. Such a move implies that characters like Goku and Vegeta would appear as new skins in Fortnite. Surprisingly enough, Bulma and Beerus would also join the battle royale style. While we can easily guess what the God of Destruction and the two beloved Saiyans will do, such as punishing those who stand in their way, we can’t say the same about Bulma. Vegeta’s wife doesn’t have any superpowers except for those moments when she was pounding Master Roshi for being a pervert.

You can play Valorant only on a Windows PC.
