Cyberpunk 2077: Here’s How You Can Change the Weather

Cyberpunk 2077 comes with a lot of surprises, but some things need to be changed. Ever feel like Cyberpunk 2077’s weather system needs a little change?  When you’re in the desert of The Badlands, you don’t have to deal with city sandstorms and rain every day.

There’s a new mod called “Weather Randomiser,” which was made by Halliphax2. It might help you get the climate corrections you want. It makes Cyberpunk’s weather match the world space a little better and also makes the effects a little more unique.

This is what Halliphax2 says the mod does. It increases the number of transitions from one weather to another, which the game’s weather system relies on upon, from 18 to 35. This allows for more variety in the weather.

Why is this mod better?

Some of the most noticeable changes to the game’s sandstorms are that they will happen more often in the desert. They will happen once or twice a day in the desert, but only once or twice a week in the city.

Another of the game’s more visually impressive weather types, toxic rain, will only happen about twice a week and won’t last as long as other types of weather.

Regular sun and rain happen the most and last the longest of these common weather types. “Fog, pollution, and all three cloudy weather types are much more common and fairly cyclical with each other.”

If you don’t like this mod, then you should try the Holocall Weather, which was updated by a user, and it allows you to get more in control of the weather.

You can install both of them manually or by using a mod manager.
