Do you also miss playing strategic games where you get to see the whole action from far above the gameplay environment? If your answer is ‘yes,’ it means you must consider giving Showgunners a try. It’s the moniker for a new strategic game developed by Artificer and published by Shepherd Entertainment.

Showgunners is available for PC now, and those willing to get the game can do so through the following platforms: Steam, GOG, and EGS. Of course, you need to first see if your PC is compatible, although it needs to be said that the system requirements aren’t too demanding.

Jonas Ek explained via TGG:

The Hague-based (The Netherlands) indie games publisher Shepherd Entertainment and Warsaw-based (Poland) indie games developer Artificer, are today super thrilled and happy to announce that their dystopian turn-based strategy game “Showgunners” (which is an over-the-top tribute to action classics like “American Gladiators”, “RoboCop”, and “The Running Man'”), is now available for PC via Steam, GOG, and EGS.

Luckily, we can also feast our eyes on a launch trailer for the game, and here you go:

If you want to enjoy the best of what Showgunners has to offer on the PC, you’ll need a rig that carries 16GB of RAM, an Intel Core i5-9400F / AMD Ryzen 5 5600X processor, as well as a graphics card at least as good as the GeForce GTX 1080 or the Radeon RX 5700 XT. Your video card also needs to have 8 GB for its virtual RAM.

The standard version of Showgunners can be purchased from Steam for a fee of 26.09 euros. That also means a discount of 10%. If you’re aiming for the Deluxe Edition, instead, you’ll need to pay significantly more: 38.83 euros.

Will you be willing to buy Showgunners? Do you have what it takes to compete and overcome the game’s challenges? Feel free to tell us your opinion in the comment section!
