Gaming has evolved to unprecedented heights in recent years. But it can be even more exciting than before if you connect your console or PC to a powerful high-resolution monitor.

The new UltraGear gaming monitors from LG can prove it. According to videocardz.com, the South Korean giant unveiled its three new UltraGear monitors for gaming: 48GQ900, 32GQ950, and 32GQ850.

4K OLED displays

The 32GQ950 model has a 4K Nano IPS display. It’s able to showcase very realistic colors thanks to the Advanced True Wide (ATW) Polarizer technology.

We can surely consider that the 32GQ850 model doesn’t fall short, as it possesses a QHD Nano IPS display with a refresh rate of 240Hz.

Here’s what Seo Young-jae, the senior vice president and head of the IT business unit at LG, has to say about the new monitors, as wccftech.com reveals:

The latest LG UltraGear gaming monitors apply cutting-edge technology and design to raise the bar for the gaming display category. Ideal for both PC and console gaming, our new monitors offer features and capabilities that take the entire gaming experience to the next level. We will continue to solidify the UltraGear brand’s strong reputation with innovative products that put the needs of gamers first.

The new HDMI 2.1 connectivity is present on LG’s new monitors, and it’s a plus! It can enable VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), as well as support for fast 4K gaming.

While so many gamers nowadays prefer to run their favorite games on curved monitors, it doesn’t seem to be the case for LG’s new monitors. However, we would be delighted to know if you’re ok with running high-end gaming on a flat monitor! Feel free to leave us your thoughts in the comment section!
