The remake of Resident Evil 4 is one of the most anticipated games of the year, and it has been for quite some time. With Resident Evil 4 remake, Capcom seems to be attempting to replicate the spirit of the original game that made it so unforgettable. It’s now clear to Resident Evil fans what to anticipate in terms of gameplay and visuals from the remake.

Many new Resident Evil features were showed off during the latest Capcom presentation, including the introduction of Resident Evil Village Gold Edition, which would give gamers with an abundance of additional material for Resident Evil Village. New information on the Resident Evil 4 remake was shown off, although in a lower amount.

What’s new in the Resident Evil 4 remake?

The Capcom Showcase aired a five-minute clip on the Resident Evil 4 remake. They spoke about how the remake would keep Resident Evil 4’s spirit while also modernizing its gameplay mechanics, as Yasuhiro Anpo and Yoshiaki Hirabayashi said in the video interview. An additional thirty-second gameplay clip was also shown off at the conclusion of the section by Capcom.

Additionally, Anpo and Hirabayashi announced that Resident Evil 4’s major enemy, the Ganado, is making a comeback, but has also been fully re-designed. Multiple notable locales from Resident Evil 4 were faithfully recreated utilizing the RE Engine, including Ganado and all of its surrounding regions, as well as the castle itself.

Some fans may find the gameplay clip lacking, but the Resident Evil 4 remake is slated to arrive in the second half of next year. Because of this, Capcom may not currently have enough in-game material to display.
