Several new Call of Duty games has shown up on Xbox Game Pass Deals. This doesn’t prove anything, but it could be a good sign that these games will be coming to the service, as happened with the Bethesda games while the company was being bought out.
After pushing back both RedFall and Starfield to 2023, Microsoft will probably have a big event next month with big news to make up for the delay. As usual, Game Pass should be the main focus of this showcase. Since the company can’t add enough of its own games to the service, it needs to make more deals with other companies.
Will the game be added to the Game Pass?
Even though Activision-Blizzard is supposed to become a Microsoft subsidiary if the deal is confirmed, we can’t expect Activision games to show up on Game Pass before the deal goes through. But plans could change because Microsoft is in a bad spot right now because it doesn’t have enough AAA games for 2022.

Call of Duty games showed up on the Xbox Game Pass Deals page, which probably means something.
Before adding all of Bethesda’s games to Game Pass, Microsoft put a few of them on Xbox Game Pass Deals, which gave subscribers a discount when they bought those games.
Now that the same thing is happening with a number of high-profile Activision-Blizzard games, like Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2019, Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare Remastered, we think that Microsoft has made a deal with Activision to add some popular games to Game Pass before the deal goes through.
Even so, we still think you should take it with a grain of salt and wait until June 12 for the official Microsoft and Bethesda show.
