Season 2 of Warzone will soon be here, and players are happy to join Caldera and Rebirth Island from time to time. Players are still trying to master Redeploy Balloons, while still exploring the Search and Deploy event, and it’s already a great success.
Besides all of the bug fixes and new content, players are wondering if they will be able to play the matches using a PC or console.
Will Warzone offer a split-screen option?
We know that most Call of Duty titles come with a split-screen option, but Warzone is not one of them. This means that players cannot share a console or PC to play the game. The best alternative is to buy another console or PC and a monitor – but that will be a huge inconvenience to many people.
If you try to connect a second controller, your console will show you a prompt, explaining that the mode does not support split screen.
Of course, players want split-screen in Warzone, but that might not be a clear thing. It’s very disappointing for those who only have one console, but since Warzone 2 is supposed to be released later in the year, we might get this feature at some point. Fans remain hopeful.
As of now, the only way to experience split-screen in Warzone is to buy another console or PC – which is not necessarily the best idea.
