Samsung Galaxy A53, which was released this year back in March, is easily one of the best midrange devices that the South Korean giant has to offer. Therefore, it can only be in the company’s best interest to build a successor, and it’s great to find out that such a device is already in the works.

Both Samsung Galaxy A54 and Galaxy F04 models were spotted on Geekbench. This can only mean one thing: the two phones will arrive to the market pretty soon! It was already reasonable to expect the A54 model landing next year since it’s the successor to the A53, which is selling quite well. Now let’s dive into detail and check out what the Geekbench online database reveals!

Samsung Galaxy A54 will sport the Exynos 1380 SoC

According to the leaked Geekbench list spotted by mysmartprice, Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy A54 will be running the Exynos 1380 SoC. That’s certainly not a bad processor, and we could even say that its presence was somewhat expected after seeing the Exynos 1280 chipset available on the previous Galaxy A53.

Moving on to the rest of the specs revealed by the leak, we can see that A54 will also come with 6GB of RAM and a 50MP camera setup. That’s certainly not a bad configuration, and time will reveal even more until the device comes out!

Galaxy A54 is presented as SM-A546B for the model number, and the Geekbench 5 score reveals 776 single-core points and a score of 2599 for the multi-core score.

As soon as you buy the forthcoming Samsung Galaxy A54, you won’t even have to worry about getting the latest Android version since it shall already be there. The phone will come preinstalled with Android 13.

Samsung Galaxy F04s will feature the Helio P35 SoC

Samsung Galaxy F04s will clearly be the more affordable phone compared to the Galaxy A54, but it can still represent enough for those who aren’t necessarily interested in having an impressive phone in their pocket. F04s will be equipped with the Helio P35 SoC, which will grant the following scores in Geekbench 5, according to mysmartprice: 163 points in single-core and 944 points in multi-score. Such scores certainly cannot compete with those of the Galaxy A54, but they are still decent for an entry-level device. The base frequency is 2.30GHz.

Looking further at the specs of the F04s spotted on Geekbench by the same publication mentioned above, we can find out that the phone comes with Android 12 preinstalled. This is not too surprising, considering that the gadget will most likely only be an entry-level phone. Only 3GB of RAM will be the memory for the Samsung Galaxy F04s.

We can even expect for the Galaxy F04s to represent the most affordable Samsung phone from the company’s F-series. There’s no price revealed as far as we can tell, while a release date is also kept secret for now. But surely that will change soon. Our guess is that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F04s will cost somewhere around $150, although we shouldn’t be too surprised if the price revolves around the amount of only $100 or $120.

As for the price of the Samsung Galaxy A54, things are pretty uncertain in this area as well. The previous Galaxy A53 currently costs about $326, which means that its successor cannot be too far from that amount. It’s reasonable to assume that you won’t have to pull out more than $400 from your bank account in order to buy the new Samsung Galaxy A54 when it comes out, but only time will tell for sure.

2023 will certainly be another great year for Samsung, as we can expect both the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 series to launch in the upcoming year as well!
