It’s only a matter of time until gamers will have the chance to enjoy Season 14 of the famous battle royale Apex Legends. The update will arrive next week on August 9, and it’s a pretty massive one!
Thanks to IGN, we can already find out what Season 14 has in store for Apex Legends. We’ll gladly mention some of the changes.
There are some significant map changes coming to the game with the new update. The Cage map will no longer offer so many vantage points for those willing to shoot from heights. Less cover will also be available. New buildings are added to the game as well.
The Hunted Gameplay Trailer also reveals some important aspects of the upcoming update of Apex Legends:
However, there’s no use thinking that snipers will be left aside. The new legend for Season 14 shall be Vantage, a badass gal who likes to play with the sniper a lot. She even has the Echo bat to get the job done when the big weapons aren’t needed.
Vantage’s sniper is even capable of scanning enemies and inflicting a 15% damage boost to all of the members of her team.
The Skullpiercer Rifling hop-up will be back in business once again in Season 14 of Apex Legends! As its name suggests, Skullpiercer is able to boost the headshot multiplier of a weapon.
Apex Legends remains free-to-play, and you can run the game from a multitude of platforms: Windows PC, NVIDIA GeForce NOW, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch, Android, and iOS.
