Since its first debut in February, the Steam Deck was a system that is difficult to get. The mobile console currently has a lengthy waiting list, and it is only available to customers who have already placed their order and are currently awaiting their shipment, which occurs in waves each week. Those who are interested in purchasing the mobile console must be on the waitlist. If you are really impatient to buy yourself a Steam Deck, you could find that you have to wait for it for a little longer than you had anticipated.

The community of people who play games on mobile devices has shown a lot of interest in The Steam Deck. The Steam Mobile was one of Valve’s initial efforts at a portable console platform. It has since been shown to be a powerful device that is capable of running AAA games with relative ease. Valve has made frequent and speedy changes in order to give a better experience for customers and compatibility for further games. This is being done in order to ensure that additional titles are compatible. Unfortunately, acquiring the necessary equipment has proven to be challenging. Pre-orders for the Steam Deck went up on July 16, 2021, and Valve’s buying queue has been operational since February of that year.

Hello! Some great news on the production front. We just sent the last batch of Q2 emails, and we’ll start sending Q3 reservation emails on the 30th. Production has picked up, and after today we’ll be shipping more than double the number of Steam Decks every week!

During the time when Steam Deck was being introduced to the market, it was disclosed that there would be a gradual rise in supply as the company expanded its factory and issues with the supply chain were handled. In accordance with the statement made by Valve, the company will now be sending out twice as many Steam Decks on a weekly basis, and it has already started the order process for the third quarter earlier than scheduled. Despite the fact that Steam Deck has made the official statement that it will be boosting capacity today, it is unclear how long the Deck will continue to be available in low quantities and be confined to lines before it is made widely available to all customers or even made available on store shelves.
