Source: comingsoon.net

Arc System Works, Neople, and Eighting are presently developing a fighting game featuring Dungeon Fighter Online characters.

This game will be called DNF Duel, and it will put the online game’s classes against one another.

It’s been in the works for a while, and it was initially announced in December 2020 at Nexon’s Dungeon & Fighter Universe Festival. But ever since then, we didn’t really learn anything about it anymore.

Here is all we know about it right now.

Release date

DNF Duel has a definite release date of June 28, 2022, meaning it will take place this summer.

Characters

The first preview only showed a few characters from the Dungeon Fighter Online video game, but ten characters were added after the first open beta.

These are the characters:

  • Berserker
  • Inquisitor
  • Grappler
  • Striker
  • Ranger
  • Hitman
  • Dragon Knight
  • Vanguard
  • Kunoichi
  • Crusader

Platforms

Arc System Works, Neople, and Eighting were previously tight-lipped about the platforms on which the game will be released. Because the beta was available on PS4 and PS5 platforms, we know the game will be released on those and on PC.

There’s no information on whether the game will be released on Xbox One, Xbox Series S|X, or Nintendo Switch.

Tutorials

Prior to the start of the DNF Duel open beta, the creators issued a number of tutorials to help players learn the game’s basics. So far, these guides have covered topics like health, MP, Conversion System, and basic moves.

Trailer

The makers of DNF Duel have now published a new official trailer for the game. The Berserker, Fighter, Grappler, Inquisitor, and Ranger in the game get new moves in this clip.  Aside from the teaser, the makers have also released the game’s official social media profiles. So far, the game’s Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube pages have been created in a variety of languages, so make sure you check those in case you are interested.
