If you’re one of the numerous fans of the Sniper Elite series, it means you have some great taste regarding tactical stealth shooter games. The series is famous mostly for its kill cam when the player shoots while using a sniper. The shot automatically triggers an X-ray vision of the bullet as it bursts through the enemy’s organs.
Sniper Elite 5 won’t be different from that recipe, and we can expect it to be even more immersive than any other game of Rebellion’s series. The previous Sniper Elite 4, which was released in 2017, was the pinnacle of what the Sniper Elite series had to offer best. Therefore, it’s very exciting to see what the sequel has to offer.
Sniper Elite 5 comes out on May 26, 2022
We are only two months away from the launch of the new Sniper Elite 5 game. Those who prefer their gaming on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X can also play the new title on these platforms if they buy it.
As we already know from previous news, Sniper Elite 5 takes the action to France to spoil the fun of Nazis once again. Some gamers had been complaining that the very first trailer of the game has a strong Sniper Elite V2 vibe, but it should now be obvious that Sniper Elite 5 is far from that. There’s surely a brand new game being cooked by Rebellion, and we can realistically hope for it to be another amazing tactical stealth shooter.
Here’s a part of Rebellion’s description:
Pre-order Sniper Elite 5 and you will receive the latest mission of the much-heralded ‘Target Führer’ campaign entitled “Wolf Mountain”. You will get to infiltrate the Berghof, Hitler’s private mountain retreat in the Bavarian Alps, which is crawling with heavily armed personal guard, and a slew of collectibles for eagle-eyed snipers.
Karl Fairburne is once again the protagonist of the new Sniper Elite game, and he has some interesting “gifts” for his enemies.
