We all remember Knull, right? He was here quite early, in the MCU, from the second movie from the Venom series: Let There be Carnage. We get to learn more about the conflict between Venom and Carnage. But the post-credits had a story of its own to tell. The universe of Venom was finally connected to the Spider-Man one. This means that we will probably get to see more of Knull in the MCU.
But what does Knull have to do with all of this?
In the post-credit of Venom: Let There be Carnage, we can see Eddie Brock (played by Tom Hardy) in the very same universe of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man. Which means that the next Venom movie will be placed in the current world of the MCU. Of course, Marvel and Sony both kept silent so far, and we don’t know if they will work together in the future. But we do know for sure that the inclusion of Venom in the MCU will definitely open many doors, especially one for Knull.
But will Marvel really bring Knull to life after the Venom series?
The studio has plenty of choices here, and Knull is definitely one of them. Let’s take a clear example: Thor: Love and Thunder have its villain, Gorr the God Butcher, played by Christian Bale. He has an incredibly powerful sword, which was created by Knull.
So when will Knull appear in the MCU?
As of now, we don’t have any official details about his appearance in the MCU. But there’s a possibility he will play a huge role at some point. We’re sure there is a lot of work behind the scenes, and right now, we’re waiting for more info on that. As he is connected to both universes, he will probably make its appearance in a movie with both universes in the story, so one with both Spider-Man and Venom.
