Squid Game is one of the most popular series on Netflix right now. And the series kept us at the edge of our seats. We’ve seen that, at the end of the first season, Seong Gi-Hun was the only one to survive. He will probably be one of the characters to come back for the next season. But wouldn’t this actually be a problem? You know, for the Criminal Organization that is behind the Squid Games.

What happened in the last episode?

Seong Gi-Hun goes to the airport, to keep his promise, and meet his daughter, who lives with his ex-wife and the stepfather. But when he enters the airport, he sees the recruiter of Squid Games, and manages to get a Squid Games card. So he doesn’t take the flight to the US, instead he leaves the airport. The facial expression made fans think he has a lot planned against the Criminal Organizations and the Squid Games.

Rumors about the second season

Seong Gi-Hun is trying to destroy the entire organization behind Squid Game. But he needs a lot of things for confronting the Front Man. He might want to destroy it from the inside, which is going to be even more complicated.

According to rumors on the internet, II-Nam was Seong Gi-Hun’s father, and he wanted to hand over the Squid Game business to him. Seong Gi-Hun might fight In-Ho for the position of the Front Man, and be in full control of the Squid Games.

So rather than being a player, he will try to do it by being part of the organization. These theories are not actually far from the truth, but we cannot wait to see how it all turns out to be.
