“Samsung or Apple?” is one of the biggest conundrums in life, in general, and in tech, in particular. The two companies have been the most successful phone manufacturers for years, and it’s almost impossible to say for sure if Samsung phones are better than iPhones or vice versa.

But since we can’t untangle the mystery, why not at least have some fun with it? That seems to be what Samsung engineers had in mind when they decided to establish the newest ad of the company. When a guy seems undecided about choosing between iPhones or Samsung phones, he’s being told that the Galaxy awaits him. That’s a clear reference to Samsung phones since all of them have the term ‘Galaxy’ in their monikers. A Samsung phone without the word ‘Galaxy’ in its name would be like Ash without Pikachu.

To be more precise, the new ad is promoting the new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4, a model that was released by the South Korean giant back in August. Surely many people will keep using it even in 2023, as the device has some pretty amazing specs and a foldable design.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 is powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, and it features 8GB of RAM. Those specs alone can be enough to run smoothly a lot of games currently existing in the latest trends. The phone also packs a Foldable Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that has a refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR 10+, and a peak brightness of 1200 nits.

The Galaxy Flip 4 also features protection against water, which means that you shouldn’t have any trouble talking to the phone while going through the rain. There’s also a Super AMOLED cover display of 1.9 inches and protected by Gorilla Glass Victus+. The phone also comes in three storage options, up to 512GB.
