Players of Battlefield 2042 will get to face a new challenge due to Season 3. The Battle of Nordvik is coming soon, where “securing the objectives at all costs means everything.” The first-person shooter released last year is now going through some exciting changes, and the new event trailer that leaked online reveals more than a thousand words!

Battlefield 2042 is certainly not recommended for minors, as it contains a lot of violence, strong language, and blood. The same thing is mentioned at the beginning of the new event trailer in question:

Three weeks and three new experiences will be available in the game, and those who choose to get a taste of Season 3 will be thrown into the hellish action immediately! For week 2, for instance, ‘Defense of Nordvik’ will take place, where the players will need to do everything they can to overcome the enemies. But they’ll need to grow eyes on the back of their heads, considering that it’s practically raining with bullets in Battlefield 2042, just like in the good old style of the game!

There’s also a lot of intense multiplayer action awaiting the players in Season 3! However, the rewards will be worth the effort! Here’s the exact schedule for Season 3:

  • Week 1: Assault on Nordvik – Dec 20
  • Week 2: Defense of Nordvik – Dec 27
  • Week 3: Liberation of Nordvik – Jan 3

The presentation of the new season sounds like this via EA’s website:

Three weeks. Three gameplay experiences. All-new ways to call the shots. Season 3 throws you into Battle of Nordvik, where the upper-hand means nothing and securing the objectives at all costs means everything. Gather your squad and secure your path to victory between December 20 and January 10.

Battlefield 2042 is available to play on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X/Series S, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

Do you have what it takes to join the action in Season 3 of Battlefield 2042?
