It’s not a secret to anybody that a lot of football players out there like to play video games, especially titles from the FIFA and PES series. One of those footballers is Diogo Jota, the winger of Liverpool and the Portuguese National Team. After he scores a goal, he’s known for celebrating in a very special way: by mimicking that he’s playing FIFA, or at least some video game.
The guys from EA thought that it would be a good idea to implement Jota’s unique celebration in the upcoming FIFA 23 that comes out next month. The move is part of a larger portion of new celebrations that arrive for the new FIFA game.
Jota’s celebration is revealed by the new Official Matchday Experience Deep Dive trailer of the upcoming FIFA title after 6:33:
You can also see the footballer doing the celebration in real life below:

FIFA 23 will bring a lot of new stuff to the gaming world, as the guys from EA plan to make the best game of the beloved series. We also found out about two weeks ago that Juventus will be added to the game in a much-anticipated move from EA. The fans certainly don’t want to see Piemonte Calcio anymore, and their wish has finally been granted.
For the gameplay video revealing the return of Juventus, EA SPORTS FIFA Italia wrote in the description:
Juve is back in FIFA 23.
New legends will be born. Like the heroes before them. 🖤🤍 The Bianconeri are officially back in the game as a part of a new partnership between Juventus and EA SPORTS FIFA. Narrated by Juve legend Claudio Marchisio, this film celebrates a new chapter in the club’s story of a great love. Juve per sempre sarà.
We can expect FIFA 23 to become available for both PC and consoles.
