The manga version of Dragon Ball Super has been showing us plenty of interesting and unreleased moments of Bardock, the father of Goku. Until the battles against Gas, the member of the Heeters, Dragon Ball fans almost had no clue that Bardock was capable of positive feelings.
But it seems that Bardock saved the mother of Granolah and also defeated Gas long ago by typing into some weird power level. Before Frieza blew up planet Vegeta, both Bardock and Gine, the mother of Goku, decided to send their son far away into space so that he’ll be safe from Frieza’s wrath.
Goku got used to martial arts when he was a little child, and he was already unusually strong. Along his journey to becoming an adult, Goku never stopped training, and thus he always became stronger. He had to face multiple foes and save the Earth a lot of times. Goku even made a family of his own, getting married to Chi Chi even since he was a teenager.
The new cover art shows Goku’s family – his wife, offspring, and his deceased relatives:

We can also see Goku’s brother, Raditz, in the photo, alongside Bardock and Gene. When Raditz came to Earth, he immediately got into conflict with his little brother. Raditz even attempted to kill Goku after kidnapping Gohan, but the story turned out to end up not in a pleasant way for the evil Saiyan. Gohan was just a 4-year-old child at that time, but he possessed incredible hidden power that he could use only for a few seconds. That was enough for the little Saiyan to be able to defend his father in a critical moment during the fight with Raditz.
We are glad to see Goten as well in the photo, the youngest son of Goku. Goten turned out to be the youngest Super Saiyan back in Dragon Ball Z when he achieved the technique while being only seven years old, leaving his older brother Gohan speechless.
