Spotify, one of the world’s most popular music streaming apps, is once again preparing something big for its users. If you have the app installed on your phone and you want a better way to find out about nearby events and concerts, Spotify has you covered!
Spotify now brings its new Live Events Feed as a placeholder for its Concert Hub. Therefore, finding out about a suitable place where to hang out at night will likely become easier than ever.

Spotify made the announcement in its blog post, where it wrote:
Some fans already use the Spotify app to look for upcoming shows, but we know we can do more to combine our deep understanding of our users’ tastes with our ability to directly reach them in-app. So we’re introducing a new Live Events Feed, replacing the Concert Hub, and introducing a number of updates to help fans find their favorite creators’ live events. You can find the new feed by searching “Live Events” in the app.
Let’s admit it: listening to your favorite music at home is one thing; it can be one of the best things in the world. But there’s nothing like the real deal, meaning to go pay for a ticket to see your favorite artist face to face and performing on stage. Drums never seem to sound as good as they do while being played live, especially in metal music shows! For many of those who like going to concerts, it has almost become a religion.
Spotify is also working on its “Community” feature to allow users to see what their friends are listening to in real-time and also find out their recent playlists. It’s a feature similar to last.fm.
Therefore, there’s no use thinking that Spotify is done bringing new stuff to its users!
