Did you ever wish to participate in a race where gravity is not part of the plot? While it may sound like an oxymoron, it’s actually what Redout 2 proposes. We’re talking about a new racing game involving some sort of futuristic cars with no wheels. However, they don’t need any, as these beauties race by simply defying gravity.
If you’ve already played games similar to Redout 2 and you found them to be absolute wastes, there’s no use losing hope and burning your bridges. Redout 2 surely has the potential to amaze you! The game has already arrived, and there are plenty of opportunities to play it.
Redout 2 is available now for PC and consoles
34BigThings is the developer responsible for Redout 2, while Saber Interactive is the publisher. The game is already up for grabs for those willing to play it on PC or the usual consoles: PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. It’s worth remembering that the game will also become available for Nintendo Switch at a later date.
The official launch trailer for Redout 2 has also been launched, and you are free to watch it below:
The video’s description by IGN sounds like this:
Watch the slick launch trailer for the anti-gravity racing game Redout 2, available now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game is coming to Nintendo Switch in July 2022.
Clunky controls represent a pretty common problem for games, whether people like to admit it or not. But it certainly doesn’t look like it will also be the case for Redout 2, where the mechanics and gameplay seem to be very smooth, judging by the trailer.
You can grab Redout 2 from Steam, where it costs 29.99 euros for the basic edition. The Ultimate Edition, on the other hand, would cost you 49.85 euros.
