The first half of 2022 is almost over, and we can say that it could have been better when it comes to the gaming industry. However, some top-rated and highly anticipated games were released in the current year: Sniper Elite 5, Ghostwire Tokyo, Evil Dead, Dying Light 2 Stay Human, Diablo Immortal, Mario Strikers: Battle League, and more.
But gamers just never have enough, right? They always want more, which is ok. Game developers such as Microsoft know that little ‘secret’ very well, which is why they’re always trying to bring more immersive games to the market.
Microsoft reveals a little list of video games via Twitter that will arrive for Xbox and PC over the next 12 months. This means for what’s left of 2022 and the first six months of 2023.

The highlights for 2022 are arguably Call of Duty Modern Warfare II, The Elder Scrolls Online High Isle, Fallout 76 Expeditions, and Overwatch 2.
As for what’s cooking in 2023, perhaps the most resounding names are Stalker 2, Diablo 4, Starfield, Resident Evil 4, and last but not least: Minecraft Legends.
GSC Game World is the developer responsible for Stalker 2, and it has recently resumed its work on the upcoming game. The development of the game was paused because of the war between Ukraine and Russia, as the developer itself is from Ukraine.
Like many of the upcoming games, Stalker 2 also has a gameplay trailer, and you can check it out below:
Here’s how the official Steam page describes the upcoming game:
Chornobyl Exclusion Zone has changed dramatically after the second massive explosion in year 2006. Violent mutants, deadly anomalies, warring factions have made the Zone a very tough place to survive. Nevertheless, artifacts of unbelievable value attracted many people called S.T.A.L.K.E.R.s, who entered the Zone for their own risk striving to make a fortune out of it or even to find the Truth concealed in the Heart of Chornobyl.
