Psychologists say that most people like to be part of a group. But how about WhatsApp groups? The latter variant may be even more exciting sometimes. Practically everybody is using the Meta-owned instant messaging app nowadays, which is why almost everyone is also part of at least one WhatsApp group!

The developers responsible for the famous app know very well that users are in love with groups. That’s precisely why WhatsApp is now expanding its groups. The app now allows for a total number of 512 members to join a group, according to wabetainfo. This means that the number of members is doubling. The extension is currently being rolled out to the live app.

The new WhatsApp update is available for all platforms

If you’re using WhatsApp like most people, you’re keeping it installed on your Android device or iPhone. But you may also use the PC version of the app when you keep your phone charging, and you don’t want to reach for it, for instance. In all cases, the update should already be available for you. If not, we anticipate that it should arrive in a few days. This means that the best thing to do is keep your device connected to the internet and not lose hope!

Anybody should now be able to create a WhatsApp group that has a maximum allowed number of participants of 512. The procedure remains extremely simple and deductible.

Of course, there’s no indication that you won’t have the possibility anymore of kicking out a member as soon as he has the nerve of saying something that you don’t like.

From all of the features that WhatsApp has, feel free to tell us which one is your favorite and why! The comment section is available!
