June 22, 2022, is the release date for the third season of The Umbrella Academy on Netflix. Steve Blackman, the show’s creator and executive producer, gave us some food for thought by revealing the names of every episode from Season 3.
So far, here is all we know concerning Season 3.
The Umbrella Academy returns to the present after stopping Armageddon in 1963, believing that they prevented the approaching apocalypse and repaired this godforsaken chronology once and for all. However, after a brief glimpse of the festivities, they realize that things aren’t quite as they left them. The Sparrow Academy is open to anyone. Sparrows and Umbrellas get into a fight that ultimately ended up proving inconsequential fast. Their own hardships and sorrows, as well as an unexplained terrible element that unleashes havoc in the Universe. It’s time for them to ask Dad’s new and presumably nicer family to help them rectify the damage they’ve done in The Umbrella Academy Part 3. Will they be able to find a way to return to the life they had before the prophecy came true? What if this new universe reveals more than just an anomaly in the timeline?
