Surely each and every one of us has heard about exoplanets where it rains with gems, glasses, and other weird stuff. Those distant world’s atmospheres are also loaded with unusual components.
But in video games, even weirder stuff happens. We usually believe that video games are inspired by reality, but Exoprimal takes things at an entirely different level. We’re talking about a game where it rains dinosaurs, literally. You gotta love it!
Robots vs. dinosaurs!
Capcom announced Exoprimal, a game where dinosaurs are brought to the world through some kind of portal that forms in the sky. Exofighters are needed to teach those dinosaurs some manners, as the wild beasts are up to no good. People are urged to remain indoors; others are forced to evacuate.
Check out the reveal trailer:
Judging by the trailer, the game will only be available for Sony’s PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles. There’s no surprise here, as more and more games are arriving for the latter gaming machine.
A press release brings us some crucial info, as The Verge quotes:
In the game’s main mode, Dino Survival, teams fight for every breath against countless dinosaurs while racing to complete missions before rival squads in 5v5 matches. A dynamic mix of objectives keeps players on their guard and ensures each match is different form the last. Exofighters will need to stay on their toes as hunts transition into precious cargo deliveries or desperate last stands against relentless assaults. Opposing teams are even given opportunities to tackle adversaries head-on and impede their progress.
We don’t have info at this point indicating that Exoprimal will also arrive for other platforms, but we surely need to learn a lot more about the game until other info.
