Despite being a game released almost two decades ago, Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 clearly lands into the ‘oldies but goldies’ category. The game was released in the same year as GTA San Andreas, meaning in 2004, and the developers are ready to revive it this year for modern platforms.
According to PCGamer.com, Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 will be released as a PC version this year. Black Isle Studios is the development company behind the game, and it has confirmed its arrival as a PC version via Twitter.

Just in case you’re wondering how Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance was presenting itself in 2021, here’s the Steam description:
Experience the massively popular world of Baldur’s Gate as never before. Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance thrusts you into an epic Dungeons & Dragons adventure filled with intense action, intricate puzzles and sinister intrigue, where your mastery of cold steel and devastating spells is the only thing between you and ultimate evil.
If we take a look at the system requirements, we can all admit that they almost sound too good to be true. It’s enough to have 1GB of RAM, and it’s extremely hard to find nowadays a PC that doesn’t feature such power. 6GB of available space on the storage drive is also enough. From this point, there’s practically no need to worry about the video card and the processor. The specs list claim that you’ll need at least a Pentium 4 2Ghz / AMD AthlonXP 2400, or something better, As for the video card, you’ll need a minimum of GeForce FX5700, ATI Radeon 9600, or something better.
We would love to read about your own experiences while playing Bardur’s Gate: Dark Alliance 2 when it first came out! The gaming world from that time was vastly inferior compared to what exists today, but it was like a goldmine for those who grew up with it!
