The second game from the series was released back in 2018, and it got positive reviews. It was critically acclaimed by both fans and critics, and Red Dead Online still has a massive fanbase. Tons of players are available every day there.
So what’s with the remake?
According to rumors on the internet, Red Dead Redemption Remake is currently under development. However, we probably won’t hear anything about it during 2022. We might get Red Dead Redemption 2 next-gen patch announcement, though – and that’s another thing we’ve all been waiting for, as well.
The chances of seeing a 2022 release are low. But here is all we know so far.
The game will be more like a remaster, something we can also see for the GTA Trilogy. As of now, we are waiting to hear more about the Red Dead Redemption 2 next-gen patch, as it is probable to hear more about it this year.
The new versions of Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City got a lot of improvements made, such as environmental upgrades and new lighting. They are trying to make it look like how you remember them, and we are grateful for that. We are hoping this will also be the case with the Red Dead Redemption remake.
Of course, everything stated so far should be taken with a pinch of salt, as we don’t have official details from Rockstar yet.
