Let’s rehash the last episode before we get into the conversation about Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 5. The town’s management has learned about Zenko’s disappearance. That does not appear to be satisfactory to the boss. He doesn’t really want Warabihime to treat him lightly, which is why he despises Zenko.
When Tanjiro and Inosuke meet on the rooftop, Inosuke informs Tanjiro that he has spotted a monster. Inosuke should not become too enthusiastic about it, according to Tanjiro, and they should wait for Tengen’s instructions. Tengen appears after a while and informs them of the demon’s presence. He advises them to leave the area right now.

Now for the spoilers: in the forthcoming Demon Slayer Season 3 Episode 5, Tengen will arrive in the village and discover her wife Hinatsuru in a wounded state. He treats her with respect and inquires as to what is going on.
Hinatsuru apologises to Tengen and tells him that her assignment was a failure. She also claims that she learned Warabihime was a demon when she broke into the residence. She seemed to have no choice but to swallow the poison and pretend to be ill because she couldn’t compensate for her lack of power.
