We all know the fate of Iron Man, and we are not happy. It is safe to say there were tears involved at the end of the movie. But if there’s any chance we can see Tony Stark again, we’re totally in. And it turns out our dreams are about to come true. Robert Downey Jr. will be back to the Marvel Cinematic Universe for the new series called ‘Ironheart.’
Iron Man has been one of the most important characters in the MCU, especially in the Avengers movies. Tony Stark had a great role in the franchise, until he died in Endgame in order to revert Thanos’ snap. MCU is creating many TV shows and movies, and maybe we’ll get to see Tony Stark again.
What’s Ironheart?
Ironheart is a Disney+ and Marvel Studios show. We’ll see Riri Williams, played by Dominique Thorne. We know that Riri and Tony worked together in the comics, but we probably won’t see that here. But let’s not lose our hope, maybe there will be some Riri-Tony partnership, and for that, we’ll need Robert Downey Jr. But we should ask ourselves how that’s possible, since he died, and the multiverse might change a lot in the story. Will he be like JARVIS? Wouldn’t that ruin the show? That would make him a supporting character, and what about the ending of Avengers: Endgame? Will he appear again in Spider-Man? So many questions, and so few answers.
As of now, we’re waiting to hear more about Riri Williams and producers’ thoughts on the new show. It will certainly be something different – will they make a comeback for Iron Man? We don’t know for sure, but we hope for it.
