This week’s boxing action is very thin on the ground till the start of next week when on Monday we have the anticipated match up of Sergey Kovalev v Isaac Chilemba but before then we have the weekend’s action and here I will be picking my regular picks on action to watch.

Saturdays action has a selection of cards from the US and Mexico. From arena Jose Suliman, Monterrey Jairo Lopez is in action against Sergio Puente for the WBC Continental Americas title at lightweight. From California we have the unbeaten Albert Pagara defending his WBO intercontinental super bantam weight strap against Cesar Juarez. Jason Pagara will be in a welterweight contest against Abraham Alvarez. The card will be shown on Philippines ABS-CBN Channel 2, USA beIN Sports en Españo.
Also coming from California Jose Carlos Ramirez will be defending his WBC Continental Americas light welterweight title against Tomas Mendez. The fight can be seen on USA UniMas.

The highlight of the night is the matchup between 21 year old Mario Barrios facing Former world title challenger and European champion at super featherweight in Italian Devis Boschiero.
