This weekend’s boxing action is thin on the ground this week but if you go digging there is some good fights and cards which are available to watch.

Firstly on Friday we have a card from Auditorio Plaza, Mexico city headlined by Carlos Ruiz (15-2-0) who will be defending his WBO Latino super featherweight title against Sebastian Diaz (12 2 0) . The fighters have 2 losses each and are ranked closely in their domestic Mexican rankings. Sebastian has a higher knockout percentage with 10 of his wins coming by stoppage/knockout. It will be an entertaining fight between these two young fighters who have aspirations to move on to the American scene and world level. The fight can be watched live on USA Telemundo.

Also featuring on Friday we have the regular Friday night card from golden boy promotions. The card will be held at the Belasco Theatre, Los Angeles and will be shown on US Estrella TV in the US. Also the card will be streamed through official partner’s and on YouTube via Fenomeno Studios: . Again official partners of Golden Boy Promotions the coverage will start at 7 pm local time so 2am Saturday morning for any night owls wanting to watch some boxing. Featuring on the card is unbeaten fighter Oscar Negrete (13-0) facing Jose Bustos (11-6) in a Bantamweight Match up. The unbeaten prospect Jamel needs to be on his game in this fight or he will come unstuck against the tricky Russian. The card features the return of Kermit Cintron in his second fight of the year after a 2 year break from the sport. The former IBF welterweight champion will continue his comeback against Carlos Garcia (10-15). The card will be shown live on ESPN.
